We worked with Rebecca as our designer, and project manager. The project was a top to bottom remodel of 2200-ft townhouse condo, on Lake Champlain in Burlington VT. The 4br/3ba unit, built in the 1980s needed a dramatic update and face lift.
We'd never worked with a designer before, and are now spoiled rotten! Rebecca was not only highly skilled (with a background in both commercial and residential design), but innovative, patient, intuitive, knew what to ask - this was a serious listener as well as do-er.  Dramatic and clever use of human space - even down to the right overhand height to accommodate our Leonberger's water/food bowls without her hitting her head. Throughout the process we worked closely, never felt out of the loop - always with creative and original suggestions and choices offered in design elements, space usage, materials, and color. 
I'd highly recommend Rebecca, without reservation!

We've benefited so many times from the excellent services provided by Rebecca of Rey Architecture & Interiors. 
Our first time working together, I'd had the walls and flooring removed throughout the first floor of our house, and the carpenter was waiting for instructions on how to put it back together. It was a disaster. My husband was not happy with me (as you can imagine!). Rebecca walked into the chaos, asked us questions as she walked through, and even right on the spot made excellent suggestions as to window sizing and wall reconstruction. She has 'the vision' - she can look at a space and she knows right what to do to get to the end point. 
Rebecca is so easy to work with: she listens to my ideas and my husband’s concerns, and she offers ideas and solutions. She always keeps costs in mind, which we appreciate. With her assistance, we've gutted/renovated the second floor of the house, and she's currently working on minor revisions to the main floor. We've also consulted her with questions about the exterior of the house. 
Rebecca has also designed several built-ins for us that perfectly accomplish what we need: simple, functional, look great.
Without question, I've found that it's been far less expensive to ask Rebecca’s advice before proceeding on a project. Since we met Rebecca, I've never considered utilizing the services of any other design professional.

My husband and I purchased a dear friend's home with intention of renovating the house for the possible return of our sons to Vermont. Upgrading the septic system to code allowed us 3 bedrooms...enter Rebecca!
The house in the woods has many hobbit features hence the house was named "The Hobbit House".
Rebecca redesigned the interior foot print of the house and added an addition to accommodate 3 bedrooms.
The position of the addition was genius while retaining all the "Hobbit features" along with adding additional creative design to enhance the cozy, woods house ambiance.
The responses of the many folks that have contributed to this project has been interestingly consistent. I am continually told "I want to live here" as workman and visitors walk through the house.
All possible due to Rebecca's design!
Rebecca heard want we wanted and thoughtfully, creatively designed a plan that brought this little Hobbit House to its full potential.
